Mountain bike, E-bike:
Fiemme Valley invites to immerse in the naturalistic paradise of the Latemar Group and of the Paneveggio - Pale di San Martino Natural Park, with services dedicated to bikers: trails, rentals, instructors, excursion program, shuttle bus for bikers, lifts with bicycle transport. In addition, the valley is crossed by the Dolomites Cycle Path which connects it with Fassa Valley between meadows, streams and mountain farms.
Racing bike:
The Dolomites cycle path connects Fiemme to Fassa Valley, with a difference in level of just 600 meters, you can cycle for about 50 km, from Molina di Fiemme to Canazei. Road tours start from it and extend up to the four Dolomite passes of the Sellaronda, the Marmolada, the Catinaccio, the Pale di San Martino and also to the lakes of Levico and Caldaro.
Trekking:
The Dolomites, declared by UNESCO "Natural World Heritage" offer unspoiled and seemingly unreachable peaks, breathtaking panoramas suspended between heaven and earth, all this along the trekking routes, and ferratas that cross our mountains between their myths and legends.
Nordic walking:
It is practiced on slight slopes, between the forest roads that run into the woods of Predazzo, Cavalese and Tesero, but also among the high altitude paradises to be reached by chairlift or cable car, such as the RespirArt Park in Pampeago, the panoramic path between Le Fassane di Bellamonte and Malga Bocche or from Paion of Cermis Alps to the romantic Bombasel lakes.
Walks for beginners and/or with a stroller:
The most beautiful landscapes in the world also for those approaching the mountain for the first time.
Eating at altitude:
The dishes of the traditional cuisine of Trentino Alto-Adige region and the typical preparations to taste in the farmhouses, refuges and high altitude huts will amaze you with their refined simplicity.
Climbing:
Rock lovers also find unforgettable routes and landscapes. In Stava di Tesero there is one of the most beautiful indoor climbing gyms in Italy.
Fishing:
Kilometers of streams and numerous alpine lakes to admire the charm of brown and marble trout along the Avisio torrent and the Travignolo torrent, and that of the char among the fresh waters of the alpine lakes.
Rafting:
With rafts along the Avisio torrent. The duration of the descent is approximately two hours. The itinerary, suitable for families, leads to Molina di Fiemme between quiet waters, small jumps and very short lively stretches.

Nordic skiing, snowboarding:
In Fiemme Valley, with a single ski pass, you can ski in 5 ski areas that caress peaks such as the Latemar and the Pale di San Martino and if skiing during the day is not enough, you can also ski under the stars among the Cermis and Obereggen Alps. Night skiing allows you to organize a dinner in the refuge.
Alpine skiing/Downhill skiing:
Not only peaks are conquered, but exclusive spaces of unspoiled nature. Especially in Fiemme Valley, where the snowy peaks are uncrowded and it is precisely skiing in perfect solitude that a complete symbiosis with nature is achieved.
Cross-country skiing:
The 150 km of cross-country ski trails allow even the less experienced to explore spectacular views of nature. The Valley, which has already hosted 3 Nordic World Ski Championships, can count on two avant-garde cross-country skiing centers in Lago di Tesero, with night lighting, and at the Lavazé-Oclini Pass (at an altitude of 1,800).
Winter walks or snowshoeing:
The snow-covered paths wind through woods and you can follow them in the footsteps of animals in silence.
